Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please contact Painted Orchard within 14 days of delivery.

Any returns need to be undamaged, in the same packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt (shipping costs are to be paid by the customer).

Please note, cancellations/ returns /exchanges on custom/commission orders are not accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, I'm sure any issues can be promptly resolved. I ask that you contact me as soon as possible to discuss.
